Did I do night time relaxation for ten minutes? YES!

Did I have my night time pill last night? YES!

What time did I go to bed? 12am or later, after a day of napping and then going out to visit Really Cool People.

What time did I get up? 10:30am Pol asked not to be woken early, and somehow every time I woke up this morning, I would think 'it's too early' and go back to sleep.

Did I do my dawn walk? AHAHAHAHA! No.

What's the weather like outside? Stigian. Red, red sunset, thin fog, very low cloud ceiling, so everything was dark grey and red and air-brushed looking. It was a completely unrealistic looking evening. The day itself has been very moist and much, much, much warmer than previous days, so that I aired my room out by opening ALL the windows and was comfortable.

Did I take my morning pill? YES! Go me. Oh wait, that was yesterday's. No.

What was breakfast? Chocolate flavour Nurishment. *Awful* breakfast choice, full of sugar, but I can keep it down and sometimes that's what matters.

Did I do morning relaxation for ten minutes? YES! Sort of. The lying down part was enforced by my having chosen to, you know, get up and do things, but still. I remembered to do relaxation and breathing and things while I was flopped there.

Other than the dawn walk, did I go Outside? NO! Not even to the bird table.

Did I have lunch? YES! Smoked sausage and tinned vegetable soup, followed by rhubarb yoghurt/syllabub thing. And tea.

Did I take my lunchtime pill? YES!

Did I have a nap? YES! 80% of my life, currently, is naps, snoozes, sleep and dozing. The rest is housework and being on the computer.

Did I write? NO! I can now type without pain, but I am still taking it easy. Partly because it's hard to type while fast asleep, but still. Thankfully, the actual ideas and thinking part of writing are still going on. It's not writer's block, it's sheer lack of sitting down and typing.

Did I watch or listen to anything? Victorian Farm. I like living archaeology - I like watching people try to live out the past and seeing what it was 'really like' - all the unexpected insights. Such as stale urine being used for everything. I think post Peak Oil, stale urine is going to come into its own again as a major source of chemical goodness. I am not going to start stockpiling the stuff against that day, though.

Did I do anything physical? Dishwasher, bin, wiped the sides, moved some books, general houseworky sort of day - do stuff for an hour or two, then crawl into bed.

Did I talk to anyone? Random, briefly. Last night, I saw Angela and Rob and had lots of fun, playing with puzzles, catching up, talking about power tools and watching Random learn Guitar Hero. Angela is *so much* less stressed than in previous times, she positively shone.

Did I have dinner? Not yet. But when I do, I intend it to be unhealthy, full of salt and saturated fat.

How many painkillers have I had? One HFCC last night, about to have another after typing this.

What bad things happened today? I woke up a lot later than I intended. I wimped out after moving half a shelf of books, and I have another three-and-a-half shelves to move before I can move the old bookshelf, before I can install the new bookshelf, before I can put the snail tank back and move the poor, suffocating snails from what they are in now, which is basically a bucket.

What good things happened today? I cuddled Moth for a bit and she seemed to enjoy it. I'm warm and dry and well fed, and looking at the weather outside has reinforced how nice this is. I enjoyed television and this video in which Dara O'Briain talks about his enjoyment of video games, including Guitar Hero. It made me giggle inordinately. The part about unlocking content especially.
