Did I do night time relaxation for ten minutes? YES!

Did I have my night time pill last night? YES!

What time did I go to bed? 10pm

What time did I get up? 5:45am

Did I do my dawn walk? NO! I was up very slightly too late. In a few weeks, it won't be.

What's the weather like outside? Cold, windy, grey, wet to start with, becoming sunnier as we went south.

Did I take my morning pill? YES! I am very, very nearly done with antibiotics. Coincidentally, this is my first ever cold that wasn't followed immediately by a nasty sinus infection and grungy bronchitis.

What was breakfast? A glass of milk and a cup of coffee.

Did I do morning relaxation for ten minutes? YES!

Other than the dawn walk, did I go Outside? YES! Down to Brum for the Discworld convention.

Did I have lunch? YES! Pol and I had a cooked breakfast, then went on to have another breakfast, which, for the sake of argument, we called lunch.

Did I take my lunchtime pill? YES!

Did I have a nap? NO!

Did I write? NO! I've not had time and I'm getting a migraine right now, so it's an early night.

Did I watch or listen to anything? Maybe?

Did I do anything physical? YES! I walked around a lot, pointed vigorously at people while accusing them of being werewolves

Did I talk to anyone? YES! Lots and lots of people. Ailbhe, Ali, Kelvix, Pol, Random, Eric, Faith, Hamish, Emily, Judith Proctor, Rachel Thingummy, Korenwolf, BarryR, Wossname-who-is-also-a-guard, Ladylark, Winterbay, Ruthi, and hotel staff and probably many others.

Did I have dinner? YES! My first attempt failed, but on the second go I managed to have a Croque Monsieur.

How many painkillers have I had? One HFCC last night, one en route and one right now.

What bad things happened today? I got woken up at 4:20am. I missed out on the more delicious of two croque monsieurs. I cut my finger on scissors (not on the sharp side, but on the back of the blade.) I was voted first to die in both werewolf games. Day curtailed suddenly by migraine.

What good things happened today? Discworld convention. People. Hugs. I made things! (A working clacks machine out of cardboard, with Hamish, Faith and Emily). People. Hugs. Werewolf! Hugs! People!
