Returning home, no science festival here.
Did I tidy my room? NO! I did no tidying of any sort.
Did I go to bed early last night? NO! I got to Peterscroft about midnight and went to bed, then couldn't sleep until I'd read a book which I took from Tim's bookshelf.
Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? YES!
Did I do my dawn walk? NO! I was up early, but after dawn and very busy anyway getting ready to leave.
What's the weather like? Warm and dry and sunny, *amazing* for Bolton.
Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? YES!
Did I do relaxation after breakfast? YES! I relaxed in the car on the way to the airport
Did I go out somewhere else too? YES! Stuart drove me to the airport, where I bought a ticket for Horwich Parkway, then went to the platform where a train was waiting to go to Preston via Horwice Parkway (I think there are about three of these trains per day!) and got off the train in blazing sunshine. I then sat alone on a bus shelter bench, stretched out and leaning on my luggage and squooshie cushion, watching bees buzzing about the honeysuckle and a robin flitting about. I did more relaxation while I was there. I called my mum and had a chat, then got the bus home, the stop being about 100 yds from my house. As journeys go, it could not have been smoother.
Did I cook? NO! I barely ate, far too tired.
Did I take my noon anti-migraine pills? YES!
Did I do anything energetic? YES! I hauled luggage about.
Did I use my brain? NO! I didn't spend any time at all studying, never got the opportunity. Once that after-breakfast slot is gone, apparently I can't catch up.
HEALTH
Did I take painkillers? YES! Tramadol last night. Cocodamol last night and in the morning and the afternoon.
Did I have a migraine? YES! All day.
Do I feel MEish? YES! Really quite very. Thank goodness for strong painkillers.
How are my sinuses? Cruddy and bleeding.
Did I sleep well? NO! I had many dreams.
PLANS
Sleep.
