Day One of visit to the BA Science Festival in Guildford



Did I tidy my room? YES! At least, I unpacked all my things and put them away somewhere.

Did I go to bed early last night? NO! I stayed awake until 2am, I don't remember why. I think something woke me up.

Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? YES!

Did I do my dawn walk? NO! I woke up at 9am in the light.

What's the weather like? Cool and dry. It seems to be further into autumn here than up north. Lots of brown leaves.

Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? YES!

Did I do relaxation after breakfast? YES! Late, but I did take time out to lie down and soothe myself for ten minutes or so.

Did I go out somewhere else too? YES! To Peterscroft and thence to Guildford for the science festival.

Did I cook? NO!

Did I take my noon anti-migraine pills? YES! At Peterscroft.

Did I do anything energetic? YES! Lots of walking around, some of it with luggage and some of it with bags of shopping.

Did I use my brain? NO! Not in the 'concentrated study' meaning of this question. I did mapread though.

HEALTH

Did I take painkillers? YES! Cocodamol in the afternoon, aspirin in the late afternoon.

Did I have a migraine? YES! I ended up very clumsy because of it.

Do I feel MEish? NO!

How are my sinuses? Cruddy.

Did I sleep well? YES! Once I finally did sleep.
