Did I tidy my room? YES! I have yet to put dirty laundry in its nice basket and my laundry basket away, but otherwise, I'm good.
Did I go to bed early last night? YES! Unfortunately I didn't sleep, but I put the computer away at 7:30pm, dosed a bit, read quietly and went to sleep at 7:30pm.
Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? YES! I think so.
Did I do night time relaxation? YES! I may end up taking this out of my writeup, since I do it so reliably I don't really need a reminder.
Did I do my dawn walk? NO! It was light when I awoke, and it's the weekend.
What's the weather like? Dreich. Nuff said.
Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? YES! All in black.
Did I do relaxation after breakfast? YES! Not much of one, but some.
Did I go out somewhere else too? YES! Oh yes indeedy. To Subway, to Nottingham to visit cwol, onward to visit my sister and NEW BABY!, onward again to give my mum some card-making stuff, and home to flop, exhausted.
Did I cook? YES! Porridge with Graze Milkshake Mix (dried bananas, dried strawberries, white chocolate) mixed in, and it kept me feeling well fed for four whole hours.
Did I take my noon anti-migraine pills? YES! Before we set out. Go me.
Did I do anything energetic? YES! I did my full morning routine: bin, recycling, wipe sides, pots away, other pots in the dishwasher, hand washed a couple of things, cleaned the microwave, made breakfast. Pol emptied the cat tray and I didn't touch the lower bathroom, but otherwise I did the lot.
HEALTH
Did I take painkillers? YES! Cocodamol before I set off, and it turned out to have been a good idea.
Did I have a migraine? YES! It hit just before I set off, hit fully on the way to Nottingham, but I was cushioned by drugs. I still have a headache now; it's dull and grinding unless I move my eyes, then it's like a spike.
Do I feel MEish? NO! Not really at all.
How are my sinuses? Cruddy. I've been trying to wash them as much as I can.
Did I sleep well? YES! I think I did, once I finally dropped off. Suddenly, it was morning. I felt really good.
