For breakfast: Scrambled eggs with fresh nettle and fresh chives. (I am eating it now, and it is delicious.)
For lunch: ham and rocket salad with fresh chives and parsley.
For dinner: sweet pork and rhubarb with corn muffins.
The rhubarb, chives, rocket salad and nettle are all from the garden. Protip: handle the nettles with chopsticks to chop them and fry them before you add the eggs.
