Did I do night time relaxation for ten minutes? YES!

Did I have my night time pill last night? YES!

What time did I go to bed? LATE! Too late. Really very late. Or early.

What time did I get up? Late again, after too many dreams about kittens drowning.

Did I do my dawn walk? NO!

What's the weather like outside? Very, very wet.

Did I take my morning pill? NO!

What was breakfast? Nothing. I woke up very not-hungry.

Did I do morning relaxation for ten minutes? YES!

Other than the dawn walk, did I go Outside? YES! If only to faff about with buckets to try to cushion the endless loud stream of water from the broken gutter.

Did I have lunch? YES! Coffee, biscuits and dates. Not my most sterling attempt at self-care ever, really.

Did I take my lunchtime pill? YES!

Did I have a nap? NO!

Did I write? NO! My hands and head are both quite sore.

Did I watch or listen to anything? YES! Real life hospital drama stuff.

Did I do anything physical? YES! I chased Moth up and down stairs a few times.

Did I talk to anyone? YES! Pol, briefly, where we bickered with each other then tried not to.

Did I have dinner? NO! Not yet. When I do, it will be an Innocent veg pot, probably.

How many painkillers have I had? Tramadol last night (horrible stuff). One HFCC and one paramol today.

What bad things happened today? I've been feeling very sick and with no appetite to speak of, which isn't like me at all. I got soaked by the gutter stream. I dreamt bad dreams in lurid technicolour for the second day in a row. The internet failed me. I had a row with Pol, albeit not a major one, but bah, he was already stressed before the row.

What good things happened today? I have another new nibling! My computer-game restaurant is making a good profit - I decided just to coin money and stuff the customer satisfaction scores, and it works far too well. Moth seems very at home with her heat pad. I have lots of nice things I could eat if I wanted to. While today has been a bit crap, I still like myself and I like my life.
