Did I do night time relaxation for ten minutes? YES!

Did I have my night time pill last night? YES!

What time did I go to bed? Dunno, but quite early.

What time did I get up? 7:30am

Did I do my dawn walk? NO!

What's the weather like outside? Sunny and warm all day.

Did I take my morning pill? NO! I was wheezy so I avoided it.

What was breakfast? Bread and fresh dates.

Did I do morning relaxation for ten minutes? YES!

Other than the dawn walk, did I go Outside? YES! Around town again, this time shopping in Hockley with my mum. Lots of little shops full of pretty things. I was bought scarves and woggles for my birthday.

Did I have lunch? YES! Sesame bread and cream cheese. And fresh dates.

Did I take my lunchtime pill? NO!

Did I have a nap? NO!

Did I write? NO! I felt too bleah. Then I was out. Then I was busy.

Did I watch or listen to anything? Lots of 1970s music on you tube for my mum's enjoyment.

Did I do anything physical? Walking and shopping and so on. I cleaned the kitchen too.

Did I talk to anyone? My mum, this bloke she knows, bar staff, shop staff, especially the men at the Turkish shop.

Did I have dinner? YES! Fresh figs stuffed with goats cheese and baked. Fresh apricots. Sesame bread. Hot sausage.

How many painkillers have I had? HFCC last night and this afternoon and I am now going to have two HFCC and a tramadol.

What bad things happened today? My feet hurt. Really, really hurt. Between them and my migraine, I feel like a double-ended drum. I got annoyed at someone being dismissive of the DW Convention Committee - I might not be involved as such, but I have a good idea of how much work these things take to put together.

What good things happened today? I got sung to. I listened to nice videos. I really enjoyed my meal. I got shiny new things. I got disgusting toys and watched my mum being grossed out by them. I was given a bunch of new tops. There was delicious drama on Facebook, so it has already paid for the effort I put in to joining it - the silliness of the drama took away the sting, really. I found out the DWCon is going to be in the Guardian. Lots of people I haven't seen for ages rejoined irc.
