Did I do night time relaxation for ten minutes? YES! Several times.
Did I have my night time pill last night? YES!
What time did I go to bed? 10:30pm and then again at 3:30am after insomnia.
What time did I get up? 12pm.
Did I do my dawn walk? NO!
What's the weather like outside? Sunny and warm with blue skies.
Did I take my morning pill? YES!
What was breakfast? Late night Chicago deep pizza at about 3am. This afternoon: coffee, a glass of milk and a custard tart.
Did I do morning relaxation for ten minutes? YES!
Other than the dawn walk, did I go Outside? NO!
Did I have lunch? YES! Steak, a smoothie, yerba mate and two chocolate cream eclairs.
Did I take my lunchtime pill? YES!
Did I have a nap? NO! I slept and slept and apparently I've caught up already.
Did I write? YES! 800 words and a long post on what FLYing means to me.
Did I watch or listen to anything? YES! I almost watched a you-tube video but was interupted by a phone call. I had radio 4 on as background but I wasn't actually listening. However, I am listening to Badhead by Blur right now.
Did I do anything physical? NO! Not really. I am tired after yesterday.
Did I talk to anyone? Pol, Random, and a nice long chat on the phone with Elspet.
Did I have dinner? YES! A veggie pot. I am unenthusiastic about this one - it has beetroot in it. I ate as much as I could.
How many painkillers have I had? Tramadol last night, 2 HFCC last night, one this afternoon.
What bad things happened today? I got a bad migraine and didn't like it. Pol and I managed to utterly tread on each other's toes last night (we sorted it out.)
What good things happened today? Pol went out last night and got me surprise noms for my birthday, which included a cake which we both recognise as being, more or less, a large, edible birthday card. I can share it with people at the resource centre tomorrow.
Harper has a job and seems to be settling well into a world of spreadsheets, working for Wincanton Logistics. I'm pretty impressed with him. He's come a long way.
