Did I do night time relaxation for ten minutes? YES! More successfully after a chat with ccooke than before.

Did I have my night time pill last night? YES!

What time did I go to bed? 1:30 am, but then I napped all evening.

What time did I get up? 7am

Did I do my dawn walk? NO!

What's the weather like outside? Sunny and warm, as promised.

Did I take my morning pill? YES!

What was breakfast? Half a glass of milk (we've run out of milk) and coffee.

Did I do morning relaxation for ten minutes? YES!

Other than the dawn walk, did I go Outside? YES! To the shop for milk.

Did I have lunch? YES! Steak followed by a pot-o-prunes and later by a pot of rice pudding.

Did I take my lunchtime pill? NO! I don't think I did. Which is just as well, as the doctor has ordered me off my propranolol for two days.

Did I have a nap? NO! I stayed awake all day.

Did I write? YES! 1250 words from the point of view of an imaginary character.

Did I watch or listen to anything? YES! David Attenborough's Life in the Undergrowth

Did I do anything physical? YES! I walked to Sainsbury's. I washed up. I did laundry. I then walked to the doctor's.

Did I talk to anyone? YES! I went out for a walk with Random (less successful than it might have been because I kept kicking her feet in passing) and had some together time with Pol.

Did I have dinner? YES! An Innocent veg pot and a glass of milk.

How many painkillers have I had? Two HFCC in two doses.

What bad things happened today? My sore throat is even worse and has affected my ear and lungs. I now wheeze whenever I climb the stairs. I also seem to be allergic to Random, to the extent of coughing so hard I can't breathe. I'm also allergic to her bedroom. And anyone walking by on the street outside, if they're having a fag.

What good things happened today? I went Outside! On a nice warm day even. Random was wonderful, even with me kicking her heels. Pol gave me an ipod mini which was apparently once mine (I have no recollection, but I believe him) and lent me a camcorder to play with. I shall record sheep and vandals, if I can learn how to use it. I spent a lot of time with Pol, both of us being very affectionate. It was lovely. I also have clean clothes. Random has gone to get my antibiotics and I felt I could ask her to without hesitation - I live with good people. Pol made me a cuppa!
