Did I tidy my room? YES! I was going to procrastinate this and play Dwarf Fortress, except I just nipped up quickly to do my laundry, and ended up falling on the stairs, landing elbow-first on the skirting board, skinning it, and doing my room while in the haze of just-fallen pain and shock. Then I went and played Dwarf Fortress.

Did I go to bed early last night? NO! I stayed up late, but not appallingly so.

Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? YES!

Did I do night time relaxation? YES! This is one habit that has been sticking, mainly because it helps the pain so very much.

Did I do my dawn walk? NO! I did on the solstice, but really, at this time of year, no.

What's the weather like? Warm, bright, sunny.

Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? NO!

Did I do relaxation after breakfast? NO!

Did I go out somewhere else too? NO!

Did I cook? NO! I ordered in 'Oriental' food - wasabi prawns, mau tai chicken, scallop and prawn dumplings, 'salad' ribs. The menu is a strange mix of different sorts of deliciousness.

Did I take my noon anti-migraine pills? NO! I think I forgot.

Did I do anything energetic? YES! Two loads of laundry, cleaned the kitchen, tidied my room.

HEALTH

Did I take painkillers? YES! Cocodamol once, tramadol last night.

Did I have a migraine? YES! Oddly enough, falling over triggered it.

Do I feel MEish? YES! Definitely getting out of breath easily.

How are my sinuses? Not too bad.

Did I sleep well? YES! Like a rock until 11:45 when my take pills alarm went off (and then I forgot to take pills, doh). I've had dreadful insomnia lately, so this is welcome.
