Did I tidy my room? YES! Tonight I hope to make my bed. Last night I picked up rubbish and so on.
Did I go to bed early last night? NO! I went to bed at about 2am after fun times a) having visitors over and b) watching people watching Question Time.
Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? NO! I found it still in my pillbox this morning. Oops.
Did I do my dawn walk? NO! I wasn't awake until after 12pm!
What's the weather like? Bright and sunny earlier, grey now.

Did I do relaxation after breakfast? NO! I forgot.
Did I go out somewhere else too? NO! I've been in the house all day.
Did I cook? YES! I used this recipe for courgette fritters and had them with wild boar and venison sausages. I will do this again.
Did I take my post-breakfast anti-migraine pills? YES!
Did I do anything energetic? YES! I cooked, lots of standing up, and I also emptied the bin, wiped the sides and microwave, swept the kitchen floor and, last night, I danced to music.
Did I use my brain? YES! After several weeks, I am only just getting to the end of the creation of the world. I learn slowly.
Happy things: Nice food. Moth's renal food has arrived and she likes it, which is a relief. I'm happy to be keeping to my daily/weekly routine as well as I am doing.
HEALTH

Did I have a migraine? YES! It's a stress-induced migraine and is about 3/4 tension headache and 1/4 left eye being crushed.
Do I feel MEish? YES! My neck glands are up.
How are my sinuses? Cruddy, infected, bleeding and sore. I will see the GP about this as soon as I can make a ruddy 8:30am phone call, since even washing only gives temporary respite.
Did I sleep well? YES! I think so. I had dreams, but only towards the waking up don't-wanna-get-up stage.
