Keeping track (For forty nights the ashes of despair)

Did I tidy my room? YES! It's looking much better. I have a stack of things that need to be freegled, mostly books.

Did I go to bed early last night? NO! I was online at 9:55pm and 'another five minutes' turned into an hour, such being the nature of depression.

Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? YES!

Did I do my dawn walk? YES! I went up the hill and watched the sky lightening, freaking out a dog walker enough with my silent study of the hill that he went right around me. Another dog walker said hello to me and I said hello back.

What's the weather like? Sunny and very bright, but cold.

Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? YES! My best trousers and a black poloneck and the necklace.

Did I do relaxation after breakfast? YES!

Did I go out somewhere else too? YES! I went to Horwich Resource Centre for the mental health drop in, since depression has been bothering me. One of the people there does wound make up, and did a demo. I agreed to be the model: This is the result. I gave Random a very nasty turn by walking up to her with a manic grin, brandishing the arm.

Anyway, it worked, I don't feel at all depressed now. I've been giggling most of the afternoon.
There was also drawing with pastels.

Did I cook? YES! Porridge with apricots and brown sugar for breakfast. Lunch was at the HRC.

Did I take my post-breakfast anti-migraine pills? YES!

Did I do anything energetic? NO! Not much at all. I went Outside but I haven't exerted myself at all.

Did I use my brain? YES! I did my OU task of the day, then some study of hieroglyphs (the four sons of Horus and three other gods.) I also tried to use negative space and colour to depict a tree in autumn.

Happy things: I drew and it was *awful* and I didn't mind, I just enjoyed drawing it. And I can do it better next time. I enjoyed wandering about with gore on my arm, although I refused to go down the high street with it, in case it upset someone, and just took it straight home. Pol's been cuddly. Ramndo took pictures so I could show off.

HEALTH

Did I take painkillers? NO! None all day.

Did I have a migraine? YES! Low grade though, I can deal with it. I'll take tramadol tonight anyway, since I am about due one.

Do I feel MEish? YES! But not much.

How are my sinuses? Not too bad - lots of washing seems to be helping. They were sore this morning.

Did I sleep well? YES! From midnight until 6am when I woke up and hunger drove me to get up.

PLANS

Tuesday is my day for shopping, so I'll be doing that.

I'd like to get to the vet and get more metacam and ACE inhibitors.

In an ideal world I would also go to the library and get something to read.
