Did I tidy my room? YES! The kitchen too

Did I go to bed early last night? NO! I went to bed at some time after midnight.

Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? YES!

Did I do my dawn walk? NO! I woke up at 7am

What's the weather like? Warm and dry with blue skies.

Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? NO! I got dressed, but I ought to have a shower and I haven't had one, I can't quite make myself do it.

Did I do relaxation after breakfast? NO! I tried and failed.

Did I go out somewhere else too? YES! To a murder mystery lecture. The behaviour of one of the speakers really upset me, although I think a lot of my emotional lability was down to not sleeping at the right time and overdoing it.

Did I cook? YES! Baked beans on toast for lunch, chicken pie and peas for dinner.

Did I take my noon anti-migraine pills? YES! Albeit very late.

Did I do anything energetic? YES! I walked, although not far. I washed up twice and wiped the kitchen.

Did I use my brain? YES! I missed my breakfast brainwork slot, but I made myself sit down to some hieroglyphs after a nap in the afternoon. I've felt very down all day, which makes it hard to think, so I am quite proud of having done my daily stint.

HEALTH

Did I take painkillers? YES! Cocodamol last night and this morning and this afternoon. Aspirin this morning and this afternoon.

Did I have a migraine? YES! My brain shut down soon after the morning lecture and I ended up sleeping it off. I have a smooth pressure feeling over my right eye at the moment.

Do I feel MEish? YES! I feel fluey all over.

How are my sinuses? Cruddy and sore.

Did I sleep well? NO! I woke up because of people moving around.
