Did I tidy my room? YES! And at some point I'll do what I meant to do in the eave-space and be able to put everything back.

Did I go to bed early last night? NO! I got home at midnight or so, then sat up winding down from the game (which was excellent).

Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? YES!

Did I do night time relaxation? YES! Hence going to sleep so late.

Did I do my dawn walk? NO.

What's the weather like? Warm, sticky and overcast. Rain at times. At time of writing, hail.

Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? NO! I slept in all day, with Moth coming by every so often to yowl at me and causing me to need to sleep again.

Did I do relaxation after breakfast? NO! I did make efforts to relax though. Which led to my going back to sleep.

Did I go out somewhere else too? NO! But yesterday, I was out all day, at Kevin's, and it was a really nice day, all day.

Did I cook? NO! I've eaten pepperami, Tracker bars and leftover chocolate mini-muffins. No actual food.

Did I take my noon anti-migraine pills? YES! Late, but yes.

Did I do anything energetic? YES! I cleaned the kitchen, although I baulked at having anything to do with a saucepan full of mouldering orange soupy stuff that has gone white and furry. I also sorted a load but found the machine full and, not knowing how it was supposed to be dried, I left it. Although I suppose I could have put it on 'gentle' now I think about it. Next time i go downstairs then.

HEALTH

Did I take painkillers? YES! Tramadol last night, cocodamol last night.
Did I have a migraine? YES! I am being hammered by multiple headaches a day and I don't know why, but it isn't getting better.

Do I feel MEish? YES! I felt wobbly after I came back upstairs for a cuppa.

How are my sinuses? Cruddy, bleeding and infected. Sore.

Did I sleep well? NO! Moth seemed to want to come in and yell at me every hour, although when I did get up, she showed no interest in breakfast. She just wanted attention, or was in pain, or both. I don't know. I got myself a cuppa and tracker bars and felt a growing sickness, which ended up taking over until I slept again, and again was yelled at by Moth frequently. I dreamt, a horrible dream about some sort of evacuation, losing Pol and nobody telling me when they'd last seen him, or even letting me talk about my fears.

PLANS

Washing a load of towels, I have none clean at all now.

I'd really like to change my bed after it got chocolated, but that leaves me with yet *more* washing and I seem to be perennially behind.
