Did I do night time relaxation for ten minutes? YES!

Did I have my night time pill last night? YES!

What time did I go to bed? Late! About 2am

What time did I get up? About 8am, I think, or before.

Did I do my dawn walk? NO! I've not honestly been depressed, except perhaps at the apathetic level. I'm happy, I'm enjoying life, there's been no need to do dawn walks, so... I haven't. I'm now only keeping this section so I can do a Hunter-style paragraph if I do. Well, that and February usually has a sting in the tail.

What's the weather like outside? Beautifully sunny today. The hills have been looking gorgeous, with the yellowing grass becoming golden in the low sunlight.

Did I take my morning pill? NO! I've been abysmal at remembering to do this.

What was breakfast? A bottle of malt beer.

Did I do morning relaxation for ten minutes? NO! I forgot.

Other than the dawn walk, did I go Outside? To the shed to put away shopping. I was wearing socks and trod on what I thought was a snail shell. After crunching dismally to the shed, disgust overcame me and I put the shopping down and leaned on the shed to brush away the snaily bits. It turned out to be a piece of now very broken beer bottle. My foot is fine. My sock is fine. Aquarion's warned me to stay away from oranges and other blunt objects for a while, but I've managed to stave off the curse by chomping through my own lip.

Did I have lunch? YES! Fruit and a strawberry tart. All sugar, all the time today.

Did I take my lunchtime pill? Pillbox says yes! I have no recollection.

Did I have a nap? NO!

Did I write? NO! RSI is a bear.

Did I watch or listen to anything? Rather a lot of news about HRH William and Katherine's upcoming nuptials, which has been the happiest and least malicious news for a while.

Did I do anything physical? I put shopping away and chased the cat.

Did I talk to anyone? Pol and Random, the bloke bringing in the shopping.

Did I have dinner? YES! Sweetcure mackerel (odd), chilli potatoes, gluten-free brown bread (much nicer than expected - I got it to try it out).

How many painkillers have I had? NONE!

What bad things happened today? People are busy online harshing my OMGROYALWEDDING squee - in fact, they're being fucking repetitive and boring about it. It's nice, happy, news free from hatred and violence and oppression of rights - deal with it. Channel 4 screened an anti-abortion advert (just... WTF? WTFF??)

What good things happened today? OMGROYALWEDDING!! Asteroid dust! Injecting stem cells into someone's brain! And now I am learning about centrifugal casting, which has been around since the Egyptians and which I'VE NEVER HEARD OF before now. And history of technology is, like, my thing. Kirsty's Homemade Home is better viewing than I realised. Also, I read Pol's blog entry, wherein he mentions his home life is as happy as it could be and, just, yay. :0D
