Did I tidy my room? YES! Very much so, except for Project mess. That remains in place because emptying the eave space is a Project in its own right.

Did I go to bed early last night? YES! I was so good.

Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? YES! One thing these posts do is really help with compliance.

Did I do night time relaxation? YES!

Did I do my dawn walk? NO! I didn't even get up until 11:45am

What's the weather like? Hot, dry, sunny and a bit close.

Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? YES! I had a lovely long shower and am wearing smart clothes.

Did I do relaxation after breakfast? YES! Briefly.

Did I go out somewhere else too? NO! I didn't even leave my bedroom until 5pm.

Did I cook? NO!

Did I take my noon anti-migraine pills? YES!

Did I do anything energetic? YES! I sewed and mended my rainbow bag. I hoovered. I cleaned the upper bathroom.

HEALTH

Did I take painkillers? YES! Tramadol last night (took it before I remembered not to) and cocodamol this evening. I had the cocodamol with cherry syrup and fresh cherries, expecting it to look jolly but taste revolting. Unfortunately, it tasted rather nice.

Did I have a migraine? YES! Nowhere near last night's strength, just enough to make it impossible to concentrate and to create a sick heaviness when I moved around.

Do I feel MEish? YES! I am really noticing it on stairs.

How are my sinuses? Cruddy, infected and bleeding. Yay.

Did I sleep well? YES! I think I did. Again, dreams in the morning, but I slept late so it's not unexpected.

PLANS

Pull out wooden drawers and saw off the extra. Nail up cloth. Find a way to make up to Sessifet for my failing to finish cleaning the oven. If possible, go out and get fresh bread and also strawberries and milk, enough for a Cheer Up Emo Pol milkshake (and this time *make* it and not leave the berries to go green and fluffy). Water newly planted strawberries.
