Did I do night time relaxation for ten minutes? YES! Probably.

Did I have my night time pill last night? YES!

What time did I go to bed? Midnight.

What time did I get up? 5:45am

Did I do my dawn walk? NO! I very nearly got up in time, though.

What's the weather like outside? Bright and sunny.

Did I take my morning pill? YES!

What was breakfast? A glass of milk, a cup of coffee and a slice of Daim almondy.

Did I do morning relaxation for ten minutes? YES!

Other than the dawn walk, did I go Outside? NO.

Did I have lunch? YES! Very early. Steak and a smoothie.

Did I take my lunchtime pill? Prompted by this entry, yes, I did.

Did I have a nap? YES! About an hour, 11am-12pm

Did I write? NO! I might before bed. I might not.

Did I watch or listen to anything? The shipping forecast. Absolutely 80s radio.

Did I do anything physical? I emptied the kitchen bin and wiped the kitchen sides. Other than that, no.

Did I talk to anyone? YES! The cleaner and Random.

Did I have dinner? YES! Scampi and then, a while later, a veg pot. Milk before bed.

How many painkillers have I had? Two HFCC over the course of the morning. Possibly one last night, but I don't think so.

What bad things happened today? Moth was sick - just grass though. I had a migraine in the morning/afternoon and it led to my burbling nonsense at the cleaner as though drunk. She's pretty cool with my drunken-like behaviours though. Moth did *not* like having her pill - heart wrenching.

What good things happened today? The house got cleaned, which is always a weight off my mind (I haven't even gone around to check it out, it's just nice knowing it's done.) I managed to give Moth her damned pill. Poor cat. I straightened Pol's bed for when he gets back, and he seemed very glad of it.
