Did I do night time relaxation for ten minutes? NO! I don't think I did.

Did I have my night time pill last night? YES!

What time did I go to bed? About midnight, once I'd done chatting with Pol

What time did I get up? 8am - I got mogged

Did I do my dawn walk? NO!

What's the weather like outside? Warm and mostly sunny but a bit damp.

Did I take my morning pill? YES!

What was breakfast? Coffee and a glass of milk, both brought to me by Pol

Did I do morning relaxation for ten minutes? YES! I also had a nice long hot bath.

Other than the dawn walk, did I go Outside? YES! I wanted to show Kimmi and Peter the wonders of Horwich high street, so we went for a walk. I may not forgive Kimmi for remarking that the hill I most admire looks like a breast, complete with nipple. She is *entirely* unrepentant.

Did I have lunch? YES! Steak and a smoothie.

Did I take my lunchtime pill? YES!

Did I have a nap? NO! I now can't lie down without drowning in snot. This is much better than not being able to lie down because I can't breathe if I do. Never has someone been so cheerful about being so snotty.

Did I write? YES! 830 words about friendship.

Did I watch or listen to anything? YES! A 1990s compilation album.

Did I do anything physical? YES! I cleaned out the cat tray.

Did I talk to anyone? Pol, Random, Kimmi and Peter. Mostly Pol, but today was properly sociable.

Did I have dinner? YES! A veggie pot and a quarter of a banoffee cream pie, with coffee.

How many painkillers have I had? I forgot last night's tramadol. So, drug free day.

What bad things happened today? My lip split, not bad in itself but it makes smiling painful so I am scowling at everyone even more than usual. I am 98% snot. I forgot to include a 'thank you' card with Kaiserdad's books.

What good things happened today? Pol spent a while chatting with me last night and made me a cuppa this morning. Random's off to look at a car and the prospect has brightened her aspect tremendously - she's had a rough week so it's nice to see her smiling. (later) The smile is now a beam. She does like her new mini. It's called Monty. I managed to give Heinz a 'get well' card, even if it is several days late. Pol made me a cuppa when I offered to make him one.

Kimmi and Peter came to visit, which was awesome sauce. I do miss them. They were really lovely the whole visit and we caught up a bit. I managed a new appreciation of the house we live in - it's an amazing house, but you get used to it, so seeing it with new eyes was great, even if Kimmi wants to steal our HUGE GREAT BIG giant bath.

I was able to give Kimmi Kaiserdad's Egyptian books to take back to him; he lent them to me years and many house moves ago and I've been carefully keeping them ever since, but never got round to taking steps to return them. They were very nice to have, but they're not mine.

Lots of people wished me a happy birthday. It was lovely.
