Did I tidy my room? YES! I got tired of the unpacked mess and swiftly gathered everything up. There's still a basket of clean laundry to go.
Did I go to bed early last night? NO! I stayed up late again. I did, however, do my full bedtime routine and felt very much more settled afterwards and much better this morning.
Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? YES!
Did I do my dawn walk? NO! I didn't even wake up until 11:45, despite an alarm that goes off at 9am.
What's the weather like? Cloudy but dry.
Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? YES! No necklace though.
Did I do relaxation after breakfast? YES! Briefly.
Did I go out somewhere else too? NO! I seem to be slightly anxious and Outside seems loud, bright and too much like hard work.
Did I cook? YES! I made meatloaf. Rough recipe: minced steak, breadcrumbs, accidental poppy seeds (from the bread), spring onions, black pepper, beef oxo cube, smoked paprika, sage, allspice and rosemary. It really worked, very well indeed.
Did I take my noon anti-migraine pills? YES!
Did I do anything energetic? YES! I emptied the kitchen bin, took all the bins in, swept the kitchen and the downstairs loo, emptied the cat tray, scrubbed the oven shelves and reassembled the oven, wiped all the sides and some spills down the fridge and did some tidying in the kitchen. I tidied my room twice and cleaned my bathroom after having a shower. I did laundry and tidied up my laundry baskets so the clothes are actually in them rather than just piled on on top. I hoovered my room. I made a meatloaf. I emptied the dishwasher and put all the pots away.
Did I use my brain? YES! I worked on my project and followed it up by subscribing to Nature.
HEALTH
Did I take painkillers? Tramadol last night (first since Thursday)
Did I have a migraine? YES! The first one hit after making lunch.
Do I feel MEish? A little, my inner elbows are sore, but not too bad.
How are my sinuses? Cruddy but much better after a thorough washing out. I am hoping now I am back into my daily routine, they will at least stop bleeding.
Did I sleep well? YES! Like a rock.

Back to the daily grind, which makes me feel so much healthier and more able to do things. Living off-list left me feeling sluggish and bad, but back on it I am finding more spoons available, spoons not spent on making decisions about what to do next or worrying about what I've forgotten.
Tuesday is hieroglyphs yay.
