Did I tidy my room? YES! Before I went out rather than before bed, but still, the room remains tidy but for the desk.
Did I go to bed early last night? YES! Very. I was tucked up and asleep well before 11pm.
Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? NO! I forgot.
Did I do my dawn walk? NO! I woke up at 9am.
What's the weather like? Warm and dry, sunny periods.
Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? YES! I badly need new trousers.
Did I do relaxation after breakfast? NO! I didn't use the few periods in the day where I could have relaxed to relax. On the other hand, I had a consciously slow start to the day.
Did I go out somewhere else too? YES! To book events, which was less mad than yesterday. I had the same person book me in. He remembered my name. Then I met up with Adrian and Mike and we went to the lecture on origami and maths. I learned about computational origami. It was great. It overran, so I missed the Darwin one because I needed to eat. Then on to an hour about how PR firms ask for equations (and results) to order. The 'Best Day In The Year For...' is an annual event now, always to promote some product or event. Then back to the flat complex.
Did I cook? NO! I still have steak from yesterday. Goodness knows when I will eat it now. I am used to eating at about 4pm and of course I am always at a lecture then.
Did I take my noon anti-migraine pills? YES! It helps if I take them with breakfast.
Did I do anything energetic? YES! Again, lots and lots of walking and steps.
Did I use my brain? YES! All day. I did my 15 minutes of study. This week it's *all* hieroglyphs instead of everything else I usually study, because I have no chance to sit and internet just after breakfast, unless I want to carry my laptop to a building, then back again.
HEALTH
Did I take painkillers? YES! Tramadol last night. Aspirin this morning and just now (late evening).
Did I have a migraine? YES! I have one now, like a shaped piece of metal inside my head, rattling around, and a weird buzzing in and around one eye.
Do I feel MEish? YES! Armpits and knees.
How are my sinuses? Cruddy. Not as bad as yesterday, I must be getting used to the air here.
Did I sleep well? YES! Very sweetly indeed. Total oblivion from about 10:30pm to 9am. I obviously needed it.
