Did I tidy my room? YES! I cleared it of that small, lurking clutter that creeps unheeded into corners and under beds.

Did I go to bed early last night? YES! I did not sleep until half past midnight, but it was a good, honest effort at somnolence.

Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? YES! Go me.

Did I do night time relaxation? YES! I spent an hour or so just lying in the dark, being very peaceful.

Did I do my dawn walk? NO! I woke up in full daylight.

What's the weather like? Grey and cool.

Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? YES! Admittedly, I wore pyjama bottoms rather than trousers, but I wasn't going out anywhere and I only own two pairs of trousers atm. Bloody hipster fashions.

Did I do relaxation after breakfast? YES! The full ten-minute video. Bliss.

Did I go out somewhere else too? NO!

Did I cook? YES! Home made meatloaf, with black pepper, mustard powder, sage and just a little ketjap manis. Roast sweet potato. Fresh broccoli. Gravy, made out of oil, flour and an oxo cube. It was very rustic, very filling and utterly delicious.

Did I take my noon anti-migraine pills? YES!

Did I do anything energetic? YES! I took out all four wheelie bins, although I unknowingly missed the black bin collection. I emptied and filled and ran the dishwasher. I wiped all the kitchen sides and the inside of the microwave. I cooked a full meal and cleaned up properly afterwards. I emptied the kitchen bin and the cat tray. I cleaned the lower bathroom. I cleared the sitting room table.

HEALTH

Did I take painkillers? YES! Tramadol last night, cocodamol this afternoon.

Did I have a migraine? YES! It's like a sweet itch in one eye, until I move my head and it spreads out into a blossom of pain down one side of my head.

Do I feel MEish? NO!

How are my sinuses? Cruddy, despite the washing.

Did I sleep well? YES! Once I got to sleep, I was oblivious to everything until about 7:30am.
