Did I tidy my room? YES! It has stayed relatively presentable all week.

Did I go to bed early last night? YES! I had hormone rage and put myself to bed at 10:30pm without any supper and was asleep soon after, so it counts as early.

Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? YES!

Did I do night time relaxation? YES! It did not make the hormone rage go away.

Did I do my dawn walk? NO!

What's the weather like? Cool and sunny with occasional damp patches.

Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? YES! It took a while, but yes, I showered and dressed.

Did I do relaxation after breakfast? YES!

Did I go out somewhere else too? YES! To the closing-down Somerfield, which will close on 1st August and not return until about 30 September, when it will be a Sainsburys.

Did I cook? YES! Roast leg-of-lamb steaks and steamed veg.

Did I take my noon anti-migraine pills? YES!

Did I do anything energetic? YES! I went shopping, for more milk for porridge tomorrow. This left me rather whacked.

HEALTH

Did I take painkillers? YES! Tramadol last night. Just as well, too.

Did I have a migraine? YES! Today was a head-between-two-pillows day and I didn't even get up until after 4pm, despite waking at 6am or so. I dozed mostly and didn't eat; I couldn't face food at all.

Do I feel MEish? YES! Everything is heavy and doing very little tires me out.

How are my sinuses? Cruddy.

Did I sleep well? YES! I think I did, until the dozing all day, which of course was dreamful.
