Yick! I had summat similar, but managed to survive through it (possibly 'cause I put it down to a lodged chunk of carrot and decided it'd move eventually).

On the +side, at least you got the tooth clean after the throwing up, since before would've felt (I'm guessing) like such a waste. :)
