My last day at the science festival, I returned early thanks to Mike
Did I tidy my room? YES!
Did I go to bed early last night? YES! I'm exhausted.
Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? YES!
Did I do my dawn walk? NO! I did wake up very early but after dawn.
What's the weather like? Warm and sunny. Lovely weather.
Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? YES!
Did I do relaxation after breakfast? YES! I needed the pain relief very much.
Did I go out somewhere else too? YES! I went to the Bill Bryson Q&A session, all about his History of Nearly Everything. It was great, especially after yesterday's rather upsetting events at the Murder, Mystery and Microscopes lecture. After that, Mike drove me and Kevin to Manchester. There were roadworks throughout Birmingham. Six miles of cones, then a gantry sign having its bulbs changed, then another four miles of cones.
Did I cook? NO! I made sandwiches.
Did I take my noon anti-migraine pills? YES!
Did I do anything energetic? YES! I packed.
Did I use my brain? YES! I did heiroglyphs, sitting in the kitchen while Kevin did stuff on his laptop. It made a nice change from sitting in my room alone, but I was easily distracted.
HEALTH
Did I take painkillers? YES! Tramadol last night
Did I have a migraine? YES! It hit hard in the car on the way up
Do I feel MEish? YES! Very sore and slow.
How are my sinuses? Cruddy and bleeding.
Did I sleep well? YES! Yay tramadol.
PLANS
Finish my journey home.
Greet the cat.
Flop.
Hug Pol.
