supermouse | Keeping track (postponed due to headache)

Did I tidy my room? YES! It's currently a project-filled skip thanks to my determination to get lots of forgotten things done *this weekend*. If they still don't get done, I will bin the projects.

Did I go to bed early last night? YES! I think so. That's the trouble with doing these a day late.

Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? YES!

Did I do night time relaxation? YES!

Did I do my dawn walk? NO!

What's the weather like? Warm and sunny enough for a picnic, breezy enough for a kite.

Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? YES! It was Sessifet's birthday so I wore a pretty pink top.

Did I do relaxation after breakfast? NO!

Did I go out somewhere else too? YES! Out shopping and to the Post Office, and then out for a picnic. Having a picnic was so easy and non-drama-filled that I reckon I should do it again.

Did I cook? NO! Ladylark did, though. Noms.

Did I take my noon anti-migraine pills? YES! Yay pillboxes, yay routine.

Did I do anything energetic? YES! The shopping was, especially going so far down the hill, and then I carried Pol's big bag up to my room and did what I could to tidy up. I have very little stamina at the moment.

HEALTH

Did I take painkillers? YES! Tramadol at night, cocodamol in the morning (note to self, have a couple of tramadol-free days now)

Did I have a migraine? YES! My brain was closing down on me all afternoon until I gave in and crawled to my room. Then I had thunder-headache as well, which feels different and also makes the migraine more intense.

Do I feel MEish? YES

How are my sinuses? Cruddy and bleeding, wah.

Did I sleep well? YES! Again, slight insomnia followed by being rock-solid out although I dreamt while sleeping in which suggests disturbance.

PLANS
Room projects - sew bag, nail up fabric, sort laundry (clean stuff has all been put away, go me), put things in loft space, hoover. Embroidery too.
