Did I do night time relaxation for ten minutes? YES!
Did I have my night time pill last night? YES!
What time did I go to bed? ...I honestly have no idea. How odd.
What time did I get up? 9am
Did I do my dawn walk? NO!
What's the weather like outside? AWFUL! Near-freezing cold, driving wind and solid rain. We've had a couple of deliveries from people displaying the Blitz spirit of 'ooh, isn't it dreadful?'. The food arrived and I didn't have to persuade the delivery bloke in - he all but scuttled in, waving his baskets like an excuse.
Did I take my morning pill? NO! I forgot. However, as I get back into my winter routines, I should remember more.
What was breakfast? Cereal and coffee.
Did I do morning relaxation for ten minutes? NO! I have done mini-relaxations all day though.
Other than the dawn walk, did I go Outside? YES! I went out and fed the birds, and I took rubbish out, and both were pretty buffeting.
Did I have lunch? YES! Stoo, and treacle-tart-and-custard. Hot. With coffee.
Did I take my lunchtime pill? YES!
Did I have a nap? YES! After lunch, the house seemed horribly cold, and my bed lovely and warm, so I crawled off to sleep instead of trying out the Wii Fit again.
Did I write? NO! My wrists are sore after using the computer again last night because I woke up at 1am and was bored.
Did I watch or listen to anything? The Story of England is a rather good history programme: pretty and engaging, tracing the path of a single Midlands village. I learned a lot more about the Lollards than I had known previously.
Did I do anything physical? YES! Laundry, cleaning the kitchen, pots in to wash and pots away, cooking, chasing Moth around, putting shopping away.
Did I talk to anyone? Pol and Random, delivery people, all on a recurring theme of 'this weather is really, really bad.'
Did I have dinner? YES! I nicked some of Pol's pizza.
How many painkillers have I had? Two HFCC for migraine. Diclofenac last night for wrists. Even with computer use last night, they are perceptibly healing day by day, but I expect it to take six weeks in all to clear up.
What bad things happened today? My wrists were sore. I got hammered by the gutter leak and dropped recycling everywhere. I had a migraine in the evening. I realised how bad Carol's hand's future looks.
What good things happened today? Pol bought be the complete West Wing and it arrived today. I watched the rest of the Avengers video. Moth was cuddly. Pol joined in with chat about plague and Lollards and land. Random was pleasant when she came home, even if rather damp and cold. I feel warm and well-fed and secure.
