Did I tidy my room? YES! I've still yet to repin the curtain though.

Did I go to bed early last night? NO! I really don't think I did.

Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? YES!

Did I do my dawn walk? NO! I haven't done so all month.

What's the weather like? Cold and snowy with occasional sleet and short periods of thaw.

Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? YES! Pol shaved my head and then I got back into my favourite suit.

Did I do relaxation after breakfast? YES!

Did I go out somewhere else too? NO! I am hoping we're off to Sessifet's soon for a little get-together, but it depends on the weather.

Did I cook? YES! Aldi chicken en croute with bok choy, chilli and mango.

Did I take my post-breakfast anti-migraine pills? YES! Late, but still.

Did I do anything energetic? YES! Laundry and clearing my tinsel. Yule is pretty much done now, so it's time to pack everything away and put out my January decorations, which will be in white and green, when I've found something.

Did I use my brain? NO! Not really.

Happy things: Cuddling with Pol. Moth sitting next to me going purr, purr, purr and occasionally playing like a kitten. Snow! Pied wagtails! Robin!

HEALTH

Did I take painkillers? YES! I am in the middle of taking them now. Cocodamol this afternoon. Straight codeine last night.

Did I have a migraine? NO! I did have a really *horrible* headache, but it was down to a sore patch in my shoulder.

Do I feel MEish? YES! I feel weak, wobbly and fluey and everything is painful hard work.

How are my sinuses? Cruddy and sore.

Did I sleep well? NO! I kept waking up.
