Keeping track (The deed was done when I was drunk; some fate)
Still at Science Festival, 4th day
Did I tidy my room? YES! It remains orderly. Even the desk, at one point.
Did I go to bed early last night? YES! I was very good and sloped off at 9pm
Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? YES!
Did I do my dawn walk? NO! I woke up at 7am and it was already light.
What's the weather like? Cool and a bit damp.
Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? YES! With spoons!
Did I do relaxation after breakfast? YES!
Did I go out somewhere else too? YES! Around the campus all day, except for the pharmacist this morning. I have enough drugs now.
Did I cook? YES!Steak, beans, onions and mushrooms. Delicious, but now I sound like a depressed foghorn on work-to-rule.
Did I take my noon anti-migraine pills? YES!
Did I do anything energetic? YES! Lots and lots and lots of walking about on hills and stairs. The campus is not at all large, but it's still about as far across as I am used to walking in a whole day.
Did I use my brain? YES! I did my 15 minutes concentrated work and I spent a while writing up a piece on Transition Towns. If I can be bothered, I'll do the research and find the links and post it up. It's about surviving Peak Oil. It did help me to a) remember what I'd been told and b) find the weak points in the speaker's arguments, so it was a useful exercise.
HEALTH
Did I take painkillers? YES! Cocodamol last night and during a lecture (lboody flash cameras).
Did I have a migraine? YES! It made it hard to concentrate and I ended up just switching off and cooking myself steak instead.
Do I feel MEish? YES! Slightly.
How are my sinuses? Cruddy, sore and bleeding. They don't like Surrey at all.
Did I sleep well? YES! I think so.

Chemistry and energy storage, if I have energy
Lunch
Standing on the Shoulders of Giants, the Muslim heritage modern science inherits. I really, really want to go to this and might skip the Chemistry one just to make sure.
Lemon Meringue Pie which did not happen tonight because I went to x-change, really enjoyed myself but ran out of energy.
