Did I tidy my room? YES! It's a bit messy again now, but yes, I did.

Did I go to bed early last night?`YES! Really quite early.

Did I take my nighttime anti-migraine pills? YES! Even though it was early. I am tired of missing doses and ending up feeling bad.

Did I do night time relaxation? NO! I went to sleep too quickly.

Did I do my dawn walk? NO!

What's the weather like? Cool and wet.

Did I wash and get dressed in nice clothes? YES! Even unto jingly necklace. I was dressed all wrong for the scrapyard visit.

Did I do relaxation after breakfast? YES! I lay back on the recliner and relaxed everything out.

Did I go out somewhere else too? YES! On my own to Somerfield (which is closing down on the 1st) and with Pol and Random to a scrapyard and then to TGI Friday's.

Did I cook? NO! I bought pork but will have it tomorrow.

Did I take my noon anti-migraine pills? YES! Again, very early, but much better than not at all.

Did I do anything energetic? YES! Shopping and wandering about, and some boogy-style exercise in front of the telly.


HEALTH

Did I take painkillers? NO! None last night and alcohol this afternoon.

Did I have a migraine? YES! It was just ripening nicely when I helped things along by standing up into a heavy glass lightshade at TGI Friday's.

Do I feel MEish? NO! On the other hand, the breathlessness was explained when I wrassled with Pol and broke into loud, bronchial coughing.

How are my sinuses? Cruddy and sore.

Did I sleep well? NO! Lots and lots of dreams, where I was being 'tested' in each dream. I felt refreshed after though.
